• Early Bird – Open to all Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 15,000 Total Volume Points in January

OR


• Open to Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 10,000 Total Volume Points in three consecutive months during the qualification period

OR


• Open to Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 17,500 Total Volume Points in any one month during the qualification period.

2:00pm -7:00pm	Registration for General Extravaganza Qualifiers with tickets
10:00am -5:00pm	Global Nutrition Transition Conference • Open to all registered Medical and Health Professionals. Stay tuned for a separate agenda with registration time on this.
TIME FRIDAY MAY 14
8:30am – 1:30pm	Registration for Leadership Meeting Qualifiers with tickets
1:30pm – 4:00pm	Registration for World Team Training Qualifiers with tickets
4:00pm – 7:00pm	Registration for General Extravaganza Training Qualifiers with tickets
8:30am – 1:00pm	Future Chairman’s Club Forum • Open to all President’s Team members with tickets. RSVP required by April 10, 2010. Registration at the President’s Team Lounge starts at 7:30AM.
2:30pm – 4:00pm	Leadership Meeting • Open to all TAB Team Members OR Open to all Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 1,000 Royalty Points in any one month during the qualification period OR Open to all Active World Team in 2010
4:30pm – 6:30pm	World Team Training • Open to all World Team Members and above with tickets.
6:30pm – 7:30pm	Pre-Concert Reception • Open to all Extravaganza Qualifiers with tickets. Make sure you have your credentials prior to the Reception.
7:30pm – 10:00pm	“Asia Pacific’s Got Talent” – a special Talent competition for the benefit of Herbalife Family Foundation followed by a Dance Party • Open to all Extravaganza Qualifiers with tickets.
TIME SATURDAY MAY 15
8:00am – 10:00am	Registration for General Extravaganza Qualifiers with tickets
10:00am – 6:00pm	Extravaganza Training • Open to all Extravaganza Qualifiers with tickets.
7:30pm – 10:30pm	Qualifier’s Party – Blue Hawaii! • Open to all Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 15,000 Total Volume Points in January OR Open to Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 10,000 Total Volume Points in three consecutive months during the qualification period OR Open to Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 17,500 Total Volume Points in any one month during the qualification period.
TIME SUNDAY MAY 16
9:30am – 5:00pm	Extravaganza Training • Open to all Extravaganza Qualifiers with tickets.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Maximum of 2 tickets per Distributorship.
